Buy-out Policy

The purpose of this policy is to specify the terms under which a Client may permanently purchase their website from Sortexs. Upon completion of the purchase, the Client will assume full ownership of the website's front-end design and content, and their current $297/month comprehensive subscription will be canceled.

A Client may pay a one-time fee of $1,000.00 to become the full owner of the website built by Sortexs. This fee transfers ownership of the final website design, layout, and copy. It does not grant ownership of Sortexs' proprietary backend systems, software, CRM, or automated workflows. Upon payment, Sortexs will provide the website files to the Client. The Client then assumes full responsibility for migrating the site to a new host, as well as managing domain renewals, security, and ongoing maintenance. Migration assistance from Sortexs is not included in the buy-out fee, but may be requested and quoted separately.

The $297/month comprehensive subscription will be canceled immediately upon the execution of the buy-out. Following this cancellation, the Client will permanently lose access to all advanced Sortexs services, including but not limited to: the AI-Booking Engine, Automated Review System, Sortexs CRM Platform, Missed Call Text Back System, AI Receptionist, SMS & Email Automation Workflows, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Management.

Data Retrieval: Clients are granted a 14-day grace period following the buy-out payment to export and save their contacts, leads, and historical data from the Sortexs CRM. Service Cancellation: Once the 14-day grace period concludes, all access to AI tools, automation workflows, and the CRM will be terminated, and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our systems. Reinstatement: Should a Client wish to reactivate the automated services and CRM after a buy-out, they will be required to sign up at the current market rate ($297/month).

By submitting the $1,000 buy-out payment, the Client confirms they are purchasing the website assets and expressly canceling their monthly subscription and all associated benefits. This buy-out fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, even if the Client later decides to reactivate their monthly subscription with Sortexs.
