Question 1

What do I get for $297/mo?

Accepted Answer

Everything you need to transform strangers into secured appointments: a done-for-you, conversion-oriented, SEO-optimized website, an AI booking engine available by phone and text around the clock, and a complete CRM.

Question 2

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

Yes, your first 30 days are free on monthly billing. After that, you're charged according to our success criteria policy. You can cancel anytime before then from inside your account or by emailing sortexsofficial@gmail.com.

Question 3

Is there a contract? Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

No contract. You can cancel anytime from inside your account or by emailing sortexsofficial@gmail.com.

Question 4

Do I own my website?

Accepted Answer

While subscribed, Sortexs owns and hosts the site as part of the service. You can buy out full ownership of the front-end design and content for a one-time $500 fee, which ends the monthly subscription. See the Buy-out Policy at sortexs.com/buyout for details.

Question 5

How is this different from a DIY builder or hiring an agency?

Accepted Answer

A DIY builder such as Wix or Squarespace means you design, write, and maintain everything yourself. An agency usually charges a large upfront fee and leaves ongoing maintenance to you. Sortexs builds, hosts, and maintains the site as part of one monthly subscription, and adds an AI receptionist, booking, and CRM on top.

Question 6

Are there any hidden fees or extra costs?

Accepted Answer

No, it's just a flat fee of $297 a month. We believe in transparent pricing.

Question 7

What does the AI actually do?

Accepted Answer

The AI functions as your receptionist and appointment manager, available round the clock. It answers calls, replies to messages, qualifies incoming leads, sets up appointments on your calendar, sends reminders, and makes follow-up calls to ensure that no opportunity is missed.

Question 8

What industries does this work for?

Accepted Answer

It generally works for any industry. The AI is highly customizable and can be trained on the specific terminology, services, and operational nuances of your specific field.

Question 9

What's the process after I join?

Accepted Answer

After checkout, you'll book your 1:1 onboarding call (usually within 1 to 3 days). During this call, we will collect all the necessary information, and then our team will immediately begin building your website and training your AI system.

Let's talk.
